What is the firewall and why must it be disabled?

When the firewall is enabled, Windows prevents the AVFS driver to connect DDP volumes.

To prevent this, the firewall must be disabled.

Go to Windows control panel Windows Defender Firewall and click "Turn Windows Defender Firewall on or off":

Select "Turn off Windows Defender Firewall" for both private and public networks:
