On Windows, open the command prompt:
On macOS and Linux, open the terminal:
Use the ping command together with your DDP IP address:
ping 172.16.5.4
If you receive a response, you should be able to access the DDP web GUI by entering its IP address in a web browser.
If you don't receive a response, either the DDP is not running properly or a problem exists on the network level.
